"You must really love peanut butter.." -Shell station worker states to Alec at 11:12 PM as he stands waiting to purchase a package of NutterButters, a Peanut Butter and Chocolate cookie, Ice Cream cookie, and other "nutty" items.
"Clearly." -Alec B. Chunn
Alas, this is my last evening with Jayden and playing with these assorted blocks... I feel like I have been watching this kid since his birth even though it has only been 5 short months. Luckily, it was the best five months of his life! I love the 18month-23 month age range. It was so much fun to grow, learn, and explore with him and I will miss his adorable face greatly.
Who wouldn't love this adorable face?
The new can of worms I opened just in time for my friend Kelsey to take over for me is watching Winnie the Pooh. Frying his brain one jar of hunny at a time.
The Fantasticks is going to be an amazing experience. At least I can say I am leaving this little guy for something incredibly life changing for me. I really hope I can at least come back for a visit sometime and push him around on his trike some more...
The farewell outfit was made up of the dress being worn as a tank-top under a plaid mens shirt I purchased at the GoodWill and paired with Forever21 skinny jeans...
AmericanEagle purple scarf...
Christmas socks...
and Norstroms leather boots.
Ah! What a great surprise. I get 3 and a half more hours with him tomorrow!! And then I have to leave him with Kelsey... What a tragic parting that will be. I can only hope he will be good to her when I leave. Tomorrow is going to be quite the day.
