Day 117: Eddie's Cookie Dough.

Pancakes definitely make you lower your expectations. You’re like, “Well, looks like I’m not showering today.”
-Jim Gaffigan

Today was the first Monday of the quarter and it is the only Monday of the first three weeks of school so I made it count. I treated like all Monday's should be treated...

The sound of my alarm went off and I made my first Monday choice and procrastinated getting out of bed. This then turned into taking too long of a shower, missing my breakfast time, rushing putting lunch together and arriving to class at 9:00 on the dot.

After my first class I went to get my needed caffeine fix and caught up with
Miss Lauren W. She is a glorious woman. If you don't know her, you should and if you have the opportunity to get to know her, take it. I wish I had known her longer while she was in Bellingham because this long distance relationship sucks!

After sitting through the last three classes of the day learning about sex, babies, cats and bar-tending (clearly all things needed to be known in the speech pathology world...) I went home to eat, nap, get milk, and pretend to be productive. Maybe I will actually get to that last one soon. I have two discussions tomorrow to be prepared for and a quiz. Professors are not messing around with this quarter...

Favorite story of the day:
Mike: Hey! Hannah!
Me: MIKE!
Mike: Want my cookie dough?
Me: You don't want it?
Mike: No, I always think I can finish a whole Eddie's Cookie Dough but, it is too much.
Me: Mike, you know that says "edible cookie dough" not "Eddie's, right?
Mike: Oh my god! No way! I have always read that as Eddie's!
(laughter shared)
Me: Don't worry about it. I definitely did that the first two years at Western.
Mike: What does that say about me since I am going on year five with Eddie's... I can't believe no one has corrected me till now! Thank you.
Me: No thank you, my roommate and I will greatly enjoy this.

Free cookie dough is always a win. Thank you Mike for making my Monday.

Today's LH outfit got many compliments! I wish I could repeat it so I could get even more but sadly, I cannot. So, enjoy this while is lasts. The dress was worn as a skirt with a white, sheer button up donated by Lauren from Kenzie, worn with my Frye boots and the goldenrod scarf Kallen made me (I can see this being a recurring item for me these next few weeks... sorry in advance).

Also, last night I watch the worst Indiana Jones movie (the Temple of Doom) and Steven H. drew Cleveland on my arm. I never want him to go away. How great of a tattoo option is this?

Also, this should be watched by all...
