Day 57: I am a Lumber Jill.

“An intelligent man is sometimes forced to be drunk to spend time with his fools.”
Ernest Hemingway

Days spent with best friends are beautiful. I am so happy that I spent the day with my love, Cory, walking around campus acquiring a tree for my chandelier (which is the coolest thing in the world, by the way), eating burgers, figuring out our new skills, going to Fred Meyers and buying a CD for the first time since before puberty, making the handy man uncomfortable and being crafty. Unfortunately, he couldn't stay forever but Cory will be back to Bellingham soon or else...

"Shaun the Sheep" viewing with the Walkers was also a success minus a broken-ish toe, permanently burning the bottom of the wok, becoming broke from adding to the "Sorry" jar repeatedly, and wine stains.

But I have a tree in my room hanging from the ceiling with lights on it and it is amazing.

The tree killing outfit was made from the dress being worn as such with a striped button-up from GoodWill, vintage brown leather belt, gold chain necklace that belongs to my mother, cream hand knit hat, plum tights from AmericanApparel, and Frye boots.

I love LMFAO. Just saying.
